Products Details
ICECON insulated dry ice containers are designed and manufactured to meet the unique requirements of storing and transporting dry ice. Dry ice, which is the solid form of carbon dioxide, has a temperature of -78.5 degrees Celsius and rapidly sublimates. Therefore, it requires containers with extremely high insulation capabilities to store it. These advanced containers are designed to maintain the extremely low temperatures required for storing dry ice. The insulation materials used in ICECON dry ice containers are carefully selected to have very low thermal conductivity, preventing heat transfer from the external environment and minimizing the rate of sublimation. This ensures that the dry ice remains in its solid state for extended periods, allowing for effective handling and transportation without compromising its integrity.

Our medium and larger thermo containers can be lowered with lift trucks/ forklift. Optionally, the larger boxes can be equipped with high-quality and smooth-running castors. We therefore recommend front castors equipped with a double-stop braking device. The low weight of all boxes ensures maximum mobility. Low box heights make it easier to remove dry ice.

Just like the molded threaded holes of all fixed accessories, they are natural. This makes replacing bottle caps, gas springs, and even caps simple and professional. The screws are only made of V2A stainless steel, so rust can be avoided. To accommodate the casters, the 12mm threaded holes on the feet of the 250l/425l CRYOBOXX have been standardized and sealed with plugs to prevent contamination.
